Sustainability
Elevations Exhibition & Design Ltd is committed to reducing our environmental impact and actively pursues sustainable practices. We focus on using timber from sustainable sources, incorporating multi-use and reusable components in exhibition stands, optimising transportation, utilising recycled products, and minimising our utility consumption. Our offices and workshops follow strict recycling policies and strive to minimize the use of non-replenishable resources. We also engage our clients in our sustainability efforts, inviting them to inform us of any procedures they wish to adopt that require our input or adjustments to our processes.
Our sustainability initiatives include constructing walls from sustainably sourced timber, using recycled materials for flooring platforms, and implementing low-energy LED lighting, which has significantly reduced our power consumption. Our furniture is designed for multiple installations, and while our current graphics materials are not from sustainable sources, we are researching better alternatives. We recycle elements of stands that have reached the end of their life cycle and collaborate with specialist companies for waste disposal to ensure zero waste to landfill and closed-loop recycling. Additionally, we plan transport routes efficiently to minimize vehicle use and "empty" miles. In our offices, we use Navigator paper, which is awarded the EU Ecolabel and certified by FSC and PEFC, ensuring it originates from sustainably managed forests and is produced in ISO 14001 certified mills.
