Mid-Weight 3D Designer
Location: Sywell - Northamptonshire
About the role
As a Midweight 3D Designer at Elevations, you’ll play a key role in bringing creative ideas to life, translating briefs into considered, high-quality 3D visuals that help our clients stand out on a global stage.
Based full-time at our Sywell office in Northamptonshire, you’ll work closely with our design, project management, and build teams to develop bespoke exhibition stands, immersive experiences, and spatial concepts. From early-stage visuals through to refined presentations, your work will help shape how ideas are understood, experienced, and delivered.
This role is well suited to an experienced designer who enjoys collaboration but is also confident taking ownership of their work. You’ll be trusted to interpret briefs thoughtfully, contribute ideas, and help elevate both the creative output and the way we work as a team.
What you’ll be doing
Taking a verbal or written brief and interpreting this into high-end 3D visuals.
Remodelling existing projects.
Project management, including liaison with project teams, contractors, and clients.
Occasional site visits in the UK and abroad.
Collaborating closely with colleagues and partners
Contributing ideas and helping improve how we work
What we’re looking for
A Spatial Innovator!
We’re looking for someone who brings a positive mindset, care for their work, and a collaborative approach. You’ll likely have experience in 3D design, but just as important is your attitude, curiosity, and willingness to learn.
At least 4 years’ experience of designing bespoke exhibition stands, immersive experiences or innovative interiors.
Fluency in 3ds Max and V-Ray (similar knowledge will be considered).
Hand sketching / digital sketching skills.
Adobe Suite and Office programs.
Confidence working independently when necessary.
Site and construction knowledge.
AutoCAD experience is a benefit.
