The Life of Chuck is a strange and moving film, told backwards through the life of one man, Charles “Chuck” Krantz (played by Tom Hiddleston). Director Mike Flanagan, who’s become known for adapting Stephen King, has stayed surprisingly close to the structure of King’s short story – splitting it into three chapters that play out in reverse.
