Web Summit Stand Design Timeline

Want to know when to start? Technical drawings and all stand documentation must be submitted to the organisers by September, so a brief given to us in Spring allows plenty of time for initial concepts, our 3D designers to work up a stunning design, and for your internal approval process.

We designed and installed the Women In Tech lounge (400m2) in 2018, 2019, 2023 and 2024. The WIT lounge is incredibly popular and over the years, we’ve included separate zones for networking, stage, recruitment, and the event’s over-subscribed mentoring programme.

Our team know the venue well and have a good relationship with the internal venue suppliers (power, rigging etc). We thoroughly enjoy working with Web Summit’s highly organised and dedicated team. You’ll have a UK based project manager overseeing installation and on hand for the duration of the show. Our UK based AV team will test your media in advance, and we offer video editing and hybrid event services.
